It is the one and only oldest cricket stadium in the world and it has mainly the capacity to hold 30,000 spectators. This stadium was established in 1814, i.e. 206 years back. This stadium has organized and hosted many of the cricket matches and is mainly famous for the Ashes Test series.

After its renovation, it is one of the best-chosen stadiums for ODIs (one-day inning) and a day-night match. This is the stadium where Indian legend cricketer Sachin Tendulkar made his Indian Debut as an ODI (One day International) opener.

This is the newest stadium among other stadiums, and it was established in 1956, as a replacement to the old wanders stadium. This stadium has hosted the IPL semi-final cricket match in 2009.
